You may have found your way here by referral from a friend or colleague or perhaps because you’ve heard that hypnotherapy can help you to resolve a problem or an issue that is affecting you. Whatever the reason, I hope you find what you are looking for on this site.

Put simply, hypnotherapy is an established, safe, and deeply relaxing way of treating many emotional or anxiety-related problems and can offer a fast way to change your unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours. It has a proven track record. Please forget any pre-conceptions you may have gained from watching hypnosis on TV. Modern day clinical hypnotherapy is a gentle but powerful tool for positive, personal change.

Whether you are looking for increased confidence or motivation, to overcome anxiety, to rid yourself of an unwanted habit fear or phobia, to stop smoking, lose weight or just get a good night’s sleep, hypnotherapy may be the answer. Interweaving Hypnotherapy with elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), enables me to create a unique, targeted, and effective therapy for each client.
